This is regarded as one of Stones greatest. The stereo mix sounds good and with the rude and dynamic "Beggars Banquet" mono in mind I had expected more from this. Most of it is clearly an amended reduction - balance is good, but it sounds more like an AM promo mix, rather damp and edgeless. Maybe radio play was the thought with this mix from the beginning, but it's certainly not rocking enough on my turntable. First UK had label as shown here, laminated cover with sticker, poster and red credit inner. (RÅ*)
