JEFF BECK GROUP/COSA NOSTRA BECK-OLA SX 6351 (-69) UK MONO
The rear cover notes say a lot about that year between his first and this LP. While "Truth" was new and innovative -68, doing about the same thing -69 is just part of the zeitgeist. Still this is heavier than most contemporary stuff and even today among the rawest. The mono sounds like a fold. Not bad at all, but the stereo is more edgy and fullfilling. "Plynth" and "Hangmans Knee" was planned as a single - though never released in that format - but it's all probably some kind of fold. For a comparison check https://monolover.blogspot.se/2016/05/jeff-beck-groupcosa-nostra-beck-ola-uk.html . Very first UK had label as shown here with "Sold in UK..." and matt flip/back cover with EMI ad inner. (YMÖ*) (JÄBÄ*)
