If you're into the blues/prog/psych efforts of the era and want early press of rare tracks with fine audio without paying a fortune - this German compilation is highly recommended. All good Polydor co. tracks - some almost impossible to find analog elsewhere at an acceptable price. Probably issued as an answer to the successful CBS "Fill Your Head With Rock" sampler and in a way even better. While that had an exposure of virtually all popular genres involved with the label, this concentrates on a few resembling - blues, prog, psych - making it heavier throughout and more suitable for uninterupted listening. It ranks high on my sampler list. Early issues with laminated fold/out cover, labels as shown here and orange vinyl. (SÄM*) (GÖXÄ*)
