This group was mainly known for two things - career starter for guitarist Ted Nugent and single "Journey To the Center Of the Mind" also title track on this, their second LP. It has a more psychedelic feel than the first and many references to drugs - title track is obviously inspired by an acid trip and "Missionary Mary" with the line "Mary wanna?" related to pot. This UK mono is a fold down. Most of it plays fine, but the title track comes through a little unbalanced. (YMÖ*)
