This was his second album and has a much smoother outcome than the first (see earlier post). On the previous all but one was traditional blues covers, here six of the tracks are self-penned. To my ears it's the best he did. Catchy tunes, well performed and sung with that special voice makes me coming back to it again and again. Would like to find the corresponding stereo, cause this UK mono is a fold and even if not bad at all the two-channel could be slightly more open and giving.
