Producer Tom Wilson did his best with the results and somehow managed to get the record out. There are a few differences to the stereo coinciding with the US mono, so I guess the original one-channel tapes were sent and used in UK too. Although the mono is even a little muddier than the stereo I really prefer that. I mean - if it's bad it's bad and you can as well go all the way.
