TIM HARDIN/SUITE FOR SUSAN MOORE AND DAMION M 63571 (-69) UK MONO

Hardin was an American singer/songwriter, not as well known to the European public in the sixties. His songs "If I Were a Carpenter" and "Reason To Believe" were much covered and topped lists all over the globe with other artists. This was his seventh LP and first of three for US COLUMBIA (CS 9787). It's a homage to his woman and child and has beautiful songs shadowed by pain and sadness. He suffered from stage fright and a growing heroin addiction eventually led to his death 1980, only 39 years old. This UK mono is a fold down from the original tapes, sounds nice but doesn´t add anything to the stereo. First with label as shown here and matt f/o cover. (YMÖ*)(SYSÖ*)
